We are the top calibration, direct verification, & repair service providers for King Tester products. Please read our process below to understand the importance of having your products routinely serviced through King Tester.
Verification Is A Must.
King Tester is certified under ISO-17025 as an accredited laboratory from the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) for calibrations conforming to ASTM E-10 and ASTM E-110. Direct Verification and indirect verification is required per ASTM E-10 standards for all portable testers at least every 12 months.
Our calibration process is extremely in-depth and goes beyond what others provide; that is why we guarantee our work for 1 year.

A ISO 17025 calibration certificate in accordance with ASTM E-10 for your records

Ship Your Unit
Once you have completed the online calibration form, mail your products to our service department:

Send only your test head unless your base requires repair. If you are shipping from outside the USA, be sure to list the unit is being sent for repair to avoid additional customs charges.
Receive an Estimate
Once we receive your equipment and do a full evaluation, we will give you an estimate of the service.
We will only complete the work once we receive an approval from you.

Loaner Program
If you require any loaner equipment while your product is being serviced, please reference what you need in your request.

Our Repair Policy
We provide a cost estimate after evaluating your unit. No work is done on any unit until we receive your approval and a purchase order. If the unit cannot be repaired, or you choose not to repair it and you do not replace it with a new unit, you will be charged a fixed service fee of $125.00* plus any S&H.
King Tester guarantees our repair work for a period of 12 months. King reserves the right to determine required repairs to meet standards at its sole discretion.
